OK not everyone is a fan of the green smoothie, but half of those people haven’t even tried one! Your eyes land on this and all you can think is liquid spinach, but really they are delicious! Just make sure you are adding in a fruit you can’t even taste the veggies! Trust me, even my husband drinks them, so there is a lot of truth to what I’m saying.
All you need |
¾ cup water
2 cups fresh or thawed pineapple chunks
1 medium ripe avocado, halved and pitted
2 cups spinach
½ cup ice cubes
Blend this all together and it’s done!
These smoothies offer pure nutrition, and are packed with vitamins, and fiber. It’s everything your body wants and needs.
