CROC POT BEEF STEW

Monday is usually my busiest day of the week, I am always trying to catch up on the last few things I kept putting off from the weekend! With that being said I almost always take to the croc pot for Monday night dinners. It is the easiest way to save time, have a nice warm meal ready, and makes enough to cover Tuesday’s lunch. This simple new habit has made the start to the week a breeze.

I literally take all these ingredients, throw them into a croc pot, and leave them for 10 hours on low. I never prep anything before and it always comes out so delicious!

I have made this with beef broth, chicken broth, and even vegetable broth, I use whatever is in my cabinet and it always turns out tasting amazing!

2 pounds Beef Roast, cubed
2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Thyme
1 tsp minced Garlic
1 Bay Leaves
1 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 large Onion, chopped
2 cups Beef Broth
1 lb Potatoes cubed
1 lb Baby Carrots
2 stalks Celery, chopped
1 Packet Beef stew mix
2 cup Water
