TRYING STITCH FIX

My sister gave me a a gift card for Stitch Fix for my birthday. She had started using it and said she liked it, and thought I would as well. So to start your account you sign up with name and email address. Then you are given a short questionnaire about what your style is, your typical sizes you wear in pants, shirts, skirts, shoes etc. Then you continue to talk about your personal style, why you are using stitch fix, and what is happening in your life coming up. Are you pregnant, do you have any big life events coming up, weddings, birthdays, special events you need an outfit for.

Then it gives you mock ups of different styled outfits and asks you to rank them. Hate it, Love it, Like it, Just ok.

Then you are asked how often you want your selections to be focused in certain areas. Example work/business casual, Event/special occasion, are you more of a jeans, dresses, or a healthy mix kinda of girl. It really gets to know you specifically so your shipment will only contain items you like!

Your also asked about how you want your stitch fix box to be. Are you trying to change your look and go for more adventurous pieces, or are you looking to stick to your current style. Do you want more classic, boho, preppy, causal, romantic, etc.

You have the option to add your social media handles so the stylist working to select your clothes for you can check out what you have been wearing, or what you have been pinning lately. This gives them a better idea of what you like!

Once you are finished you can write a little paragraph about yourself so they have more information about you. You are able to give your stylist any information about you that you want them to know.

Then you choose how often you want your Stitch Fix box to arrive.

So you are charged $20 for each Stitch Fix box to arrive, but the great thing is you are able to use your $20 towards any of the items that you buy from your box. If you have a $30 top that you like, you will only pay $10 since you were charged the $20 for the box. The one thing I don’t like is that if you aren’t into anything in your box and you want to send it all back you lose $20. Lucky for me I have a gift card so I won’t technically have to pay for the box if I don’t like anything inside, it will come from the gift card.
