These 5 ingredient protein balls are so easy to make, and so delicious!
All you need to do is mix together:
1 3/4 cups dry oatmeal
3/4 cup your choice of nut butter
1/3 cup honey
2 scoops protein powder
2 tablespoons chia seeds
* If you want to add anything else go right ahead! You can add cranberries, walnuts, raisins, pumpkin seeds, flax seed, whatever you would like!
Mix these ingredients together until you see it all form a pieces consistency.
Then you can use either a 1″ scoop, or your hands to create small balls.
I placed these lined up on a baking sheet and set them into the refrigerator for a few hours to firm up, then I put them in a plastic bag and left them in the refrigerator for whenever I needed a little snack!
