ESSENTIAL OILS ESSENTIAL FOR COLD SEASON

I’ve been using essential oils for a while now, and they are great to diffuse for a lovely smelling home, but they have so many additional benefits. They are not just for diffusing, you can use your oils internally, and externally as well. Follow my guide to the essential oils that are essential for cold season, and see where you can shop from them yourself!

If a Young Living essential oil is in a solid color bottle it is intended for external use. To rub on your body with a carrier oil, or to use in your diffuser.

If a Young Living essential oil is in a white bottle and has the word Vitality on the table it is intended for internal use. This can be ingested into the body. Place it in a tea, water, special recipe, or anything else you can think of!

For external use you should be mixing your essential oil with a carrier oil. A carrier oil can be anything from fractionated coconut oil, to argan oil, almond oil, jojoba oil etc. Use a few drops of the carrier oil and a few drops of the essential oil mixed together before applying to your body. I usually drop them both right in my palm and then rub them in.
