Everyone needs an easy go to dessert for Easter! You can make it in under 20 minutes and it can be made ahead!
All you need is:
1 12oz bag of chocolate chips
1 14oz can of sweet and condensed milk
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows either white or colors
1 1/3 cups (10 oz bag) mini Cadbury Eggs
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds to make sure they don’t burn.
Mix in the condensed milk
Add and stir in marshmallows lightly so they don’t melt.
In an 8×8 pan pour in an even layer of chocolate eggs. This creates a little crunch on the bottom of your fudge!
Pour over fudge mixture and cover with the remaining chocolate eggs
Chill for 30 minutes and cut into pieces.
You can make this ahead 2-3 days prior and store in an air tight container!
