Ford wanted to make special Valentine’s Day treats for his family and friends. He decided decorated wafer cookies were the perfect treat!
We started with our clean workspace and used a silicon mat to make sure the cookies didn’t stick to anything. Then we used white chocolate melting chocolates to create the dipped effect. This step is very important because if you use chocolate chips they will not melt well enough as they have additives to allow them to stay in chip form for making cookies.
Dye your chocolate mixture any color you would like, or leave it white! Dip/coat half of your wafer in the chocolate and add some fun sprinkles to make them festive! You can use this base and change the chocolate, colors, sprinkles for any holiday!
Then we arranged each set in these adorable paper berry baskets available in multiple different colors, and then wrapped with clear gift wraps and finished off with a bow and an adorable Valentine!
