These Kielbasa Roll Ups are not only easy to make, but they are delicious. This is the perfect holiday appetizer that only takes 20 minutes to make! Let me tell you how I made them.
What you need.
Kielbasa, I used half of a high quality one from a Polish butcher. Try to find a really good one if possible.
Puff pastry
Dijon mustard
Egg wash (one egg and a splash of water)
Everything But the Bagel Seasoning or Lemon Pepper
Here’s how you make it.
Defrost your puff pastry and roll out just a bit to get a little more out of your sheet. Cover this entire top side with Dijon mustard. Place your Kielbasa at one end and roll it up. Slice into rounds and place on a baking sheet. Egg wash the outer puff pastry, and sprinkle with EBTB or lemon pepper. We used lemon pepper on this go, ( per my husbands request) and it was so delicious. Dip in your favorite sauce. We used Brianna’s Honey Mustard Dressing. It was the perfect combination.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20min, until the puff pastry is puffed and golden. Serve on a beautiful plate and enjoy.
