They have the best flavor balance and are so easy to make with whatever you have in your fridge. We made these to the recipe, but since then have used difference veggies, and proteins according to whats in our fridge. One night we made them with turkey, water chestnuts, and onion then added carrots, and cucumbers to the top. We have also tried them with ground beed, shrimp, and even put salmon on one night. They are so easy to change and make your own, have fun, and use up whats in your fridge!
