I had to try this feta pasta bake, and I’m so glad I did. I changed my up a bit and used orange tomatoes instead of red, and crumbled feta over a block because that’s what I had in my fridge! It’s so easy to do this and the perfect one pot dinner or lunch.
All you have to do is wash your tomatoes, put them into a baking dish, add half the container of crumbled feta, drizzled with olive oil season with pepper, no salt because the feta is already salty enough, add in three cloves of garlic and bake for 30mins.
While the tomato feta mixture if baking, boil and drain a pound of pasta. As soon as the tomato and feta mixture is done crush it all with a fork, make sure to get all the garlic into a pasta, mix in your pasta and serve.
This is so delicious as if, but would be just as yummy by adding in some chicken, chicken sausage, or even artichokes.
