Winter Hair Routine

All the steps I take in winter to keep my hair healthy and how I style it.

I typically don’t add anything to my hair and let it air dry, but in the winters months I take a few extra steps to keep it healthy and hydrated. First I start out with using the Aesops scalp treatment once a week, I do this step once every two weeks in the summer and spring months. You add a small bit to your scalp and massage it in, than let it sit for 15minutes. After that I shower used Pureology shampoo and conditioner, I love how it makes me hair shine. Another winter month step I use is the Moroccan Oil Treatment which I add mostly to my ends but a tiny bit within the hair. I than finish if off with styling, I use an Aveda wooden paddle brush, a Kristin Ess hair dryer, and a Remington curling wand (on sale now for $20.) I’ve tried other high end expensive wands and I always grab this one because it works so well! I can curl my hair and have it curled for 3 days with minimal to no touch ups.
